Welcome to the recipe roundup for May’s One Potato Two Potato!
May’s One Potato Two Potato recipe linky brought another delicious haul of potato and sweet potato recipes! There really is no such thing as too much potato. In fact, I’m munching on some sweet potato crisps as I type this – yum! I can almost smell these beautiful sweet potato rosemary scones from Allotment2Kitchen. What a lovely teatime treat – and vegan to boot!
Foodie Quine’s spiced cauliflower and purple potato poutine is a great twist on a traditional Canadian dish. Those purple chips look fab!
These golden turmeric fries with coriander and mint dip from Farmersgirl Kitchen look perfect for sharing. What fabulous flavours!
Anyonita Nibbles cooked up these glorious golden crispy roast potatoes, which are gluten free and vegan. Yum!
I linked up my garlic and herb potato wedges, which were a huge hit here at FFF towers. Fabulous family-friendly food.
