If you’re anything like me, now that Pesach (Passover) is over, you’ll be leaping joyfully back onto the pasta wagon and gorging on oodles of noodles, making up for a week (was it really only a week?!) doing without. Fortunately, I’m able to share a whole load of delicious pasta recipes with you here!
At the start of March I announced that I was hosting Pasta Please – a blog challenge organised by Jacqueline from Tinned Tomatoes. The theme for the month was Springtime, and I was delighted to see lots of Springy pasta recipes entered. So, without further ado, here they are! Which one to make first….?
How about this gorgeous looking fennel, leek & mushroom penne, from Harriet at What To Have For Dinner Tonight. I love fennel.
It was one of only a few entries using ‘short’ pasta instead of noodles. Becca at Amuse Your Bouche was another, with this fresh & vibrant 15 minute creamy pasta primavera. Looks gorgeous!
My own spring vegetable pasta with lemon-herb dressing was also inspired by the traditional pasta primavera, and was the last recipe to use ‘short’ pasta.
Now on to the noodles!
Caroline at Caroline Makes… brought us this lovely salmon with linguine & leek pesto.
And Kate at Veggie Desserts showed off her amazing spiraliser in the preparation of this lovely looking courgette fettuccine with pea & mint sauce. So pretty!
Rachel Cotterill linked up this divine sounding garlic mushroom carbonara.
And Gourmet Kosher Cooking shared this angel hair pasta with sun dried tomatoes and goats cheese, which looks fabulous!
Finally, I love the look of this Pistachio Pasta from This American Bite. It sounds simple, but delicious!
