A selection of delicious recipes featuring tasty Autumn nuts for #CookBlogShare Week 41. As the days get shorter and temperatures fall, here are some delicious nutty recipes to cheer and delight!

WHAT IS #COOKBLOGSHARE?
CookBlogShare is a community for food bloggers to share recipes and foodie posts and generally support the food blogging community. The community is centred around the #CookBlogShare linky.
It is a wonderful way for a wide range of food writers, recipe creators and bloggers to come together and share each other’s recipes.
The linky is now hosted regularly by Sisley from Sew White & Chloe from Feast Glorious Feast. New members are always welcome to join so make sure you invite your other food blogger friends!

The last linky was hosted by Alina at We Made This Vegan who put together a fabulous vegan recipe roundup that included both sweet and savoury dishes, as well as some terrific preserves.
Autumn nut recipes
Each week the host chooses a selection of recipes which have been submitted during the previous week to showcase. Given that there’s a nip in the air and Autumn is well and truly here, I’ve chosen to focus on delicious recipes that feature Autumn nuts, and are just right for this time of year.
I’ve also included a couple of my own favourite Autumn nut recipes too!

Autumn Nuts recipe roundup
- I love hazelnuts and I love shortbread so this hazelnut shortbread from Tin and Thyme looks right up my street!
- Dried fruits, almonds and spices all feature in this rich and delicious looking traditional cake. Perfect for colder days.
- I’m always on the lookout for terrific vegan cake recipes, and this vegan coffee and walnut loaf looks the business! Such a classic flavour combo and perfect for Autumn.
- I’ll be honest, I can’t stand peanuts! But these chocolate chip peanut cookies look so good, I’m going to try them with almonds instead…
- My apple and blackberry crumble with walnuts – aka welly boot crumble! – is the perfect dessert for this time of year. Serve hot with plenty of custard for a real treat.
- Finally, this gorgeous spiced hazelnut loaf with rich chocolate fudge icing. So indulgent, and perfect with a cuppa!

Required – Please also comment on at least one post from that week’s host. Their linked posts will be marked “HOST” in the title. Please note that a host might request that comments are not left on the linky post as this isn’t always the most beneficial place for a host to feel the love! My linked post this week are my easy feta cheese dip and bubble and squeak latkes. Please comment there and not on this post – thanks!
