There are numerous traditional and symbolic foods eaten on Rosh Hashanah, including apples, honey, dates, pomegranates, carrots, courgettes/pumpkin/squash, beetroots and more. The recipes below cover both sweet and savoury dishes, and all highlight one or more of these delicious ingredients (some recipes appear in more than one section).
